Introduction:
Yan Chai Hospital Tai Po Fu Tip Elderly Home is a contract home that provides 80 subsidised and 20 non-subsidised residential places for the elderly. Adopting an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach, we aim to provide a comprehensive range of caring services which includes residential care, meals, personal care, regular basic medical and nursing care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition consultation, counseling service, social and recreational activities, laundry and transportation service for the frail elderly.

Target Service User:
Aged 65 or above*Hong Kong residents (*persons aged between 60 and 64 may receive the service if there is a proven need ); Applicants should be assessed to be suitable for admission to Care-and-Attention Home and Nursing Homes through the Standardized Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services and mentally suitable for communal living.
Facility:
Our Home has 4-person, 5-person, 6- person, 7-person rooms. All share rooms are fully equipped with hot and cool ventilation, call bell, bedside drawer, wash room and bath room. Other general facilities include living room, dining room, training room, physiotherapy room, conference room, isolation room, laundry, kitchen and vehicle etc.
