We are committed to building up healthy school culture and establishing positive attitude to life for our students. The “Healthy Schools in Yan Chai” project has been supported by the Beat Drug Fund since the 2012/2013 academic year. In addition to organising healthy activities and interest groups, the Project also serves to identify the students in need of assistance and to provide them with immediate consultation. The Project of “Healthy Schools in Yan Chai” continues in 2017/2018 school year in order to spread and deepen the ideas of Healthy Schools Project. It is participated by five of our affiliated secondary schools and anti-drug elements are included. In 2017, we organised for the first time the “Healthy Schools in Yan Chai – Drug-free School Art Creation” activity, and invited Hong Kong artist Bigsoil to be the resident-artist in our secondary schools. From July to October 2017, Bigsoil visited five schools and led students know more about themselves, express their feelings and develop positive values through painting and sharing.
