Introduction:

Established on Nov of 2011, Yan Chai Hospital Lee Wai Siu Kee Elderly Home is a contract home for the delivery of residential care services for elders with moderate to severe level of impairment. We provide 72 of subsidised places and 42 of the non-subsidised places. Services are provided to our residents including residential care, meals, personal care, regular basic medical and nursing care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition consultation, counseling service, social and recreational activities, laundry and transportation service.

  

Activity

Target Service User:

Aged 65 or above who should be assessed to be suitable for admission to Care-and-Attention Home and Nursing Homes through the Standardized Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services and mentally suitable for communal living (persons aged between 60 and 64 may receive the service if there is proven need).

 

Facility:

We provide 3-bedrooms, 4-bedrooms, 5-bedrooms and 6-bedrooms. All share rooms are fully equipped with hot and cool ventilation, fan, call bell, television, bedside drawer, wash room and bath room. Other general facilities include living room, dining room, activity room, multipurpose room, therapeutic room, conference room, isolation room, laundry, kitchen and vehicle etc.
