Yan Chai Nursing Home

Target Service User:

Elders aged 65 or above who require medical, nursing, rehabilitative and personal care in daily living activities and are unable to live at home, and as a result of deterioration in their health condition, cannot be adequately cared for in Care-and-Attention Homes and yet do not require the intensive medical and nursing care provided in infirmaries. Applicants should be assessed to be suitable for admission to Nursing Homes through the Standardized Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services and mentally suitable for communal living.

Our Home is located at 4/F to 8/F of a Multi-services Complex. We provide spacious common area, dormitories, nurse stations, isolation rooms, medical consultation room, dispensary, physiotherapy room, occupational therapy room, dementia therapy room, activity room, kitchen, laundry, general office, vehicles etc.
