Assistant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement effective corporate communications strategies and plans;
  2. Help coordinate campaigns, promotion activities, official website and social media pages;
  3. Coordinate media interview, monitor and follow up media interviews and press releases;
  4. Coordinate email direct campaign;
  5. Organize media and PR events;
  6. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism/ Marketing/ Communications/ Language or related disciplines;
  2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations;
  3. Proven English and Chinese proficiency;
  4. Familiar with social media platforms and tools;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator;
  6. Good interpersonal and communications skills;
  7. Immediately available is preferred.
