Introduction:
A Silver Age Healthcare Management Centre was funded by the Vera Ruttonjee Desai Foundation to provide the elderly a safe, supportive and “age-friendly” equipment. The Centre provides personalized fitness training and health monitoring for the elderly to enhance their overall "self-health management" capability.
Target Service User:
Elders aged 60 or above (Part of the quota is open to aged 55-59) and
Passing the Centre Physiotherapist's assessment
Facility:
GYM facilities with HUR Cloud storage system such as cyber cycle, pressurized pulley training machine.
