Introduction:
A Silver Age Healthcare Management Centre was funded by the Vera Ruttonjee Desai Foundation to provide the elderly a safe, supportive and “age-friendly” equipment. The Centre provides personalized fitness training and health monitoring for the service users to enhance their overall "self-health management" capability.

Target Service User:
Fitness training:
- Individuals aged 45 or above (Special case AND aged 70 or above must passing the
Centre Physiotherapist's assessment)
- Capable of independently operating fitness equipment with cognitive and physical abilities
Groups/Activities
- Individuals aged 45 or above and according to the specific requirements of each activity
Facility:
GYM facilities with HUR Cloud storage system such as cyber cycle, pressurized pulley training machine.
