Responsibilities:

  1. To provide clerical support for daily operation of our Chinese medicine and Dental clinics;
  2. To perform general administration and secretarial support to the department and units;
  3. To assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other promotional events;
  4. To assist in preparation of publicity materials, written reports and proposals;
  5. To comply with relevant policies, guidelines and directions from the Board; and
  6. To perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. High diploma / Associate degree or above, fresh graduate will be considered;
  2. With relevant administrative support experience of clinics is preferable;
  3. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;
  4. Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese work processing;
  5. Work with government and NGO experience is preferable;
  6. Immediate availability is preferred.
